Hi I rented a place for my sons aunt in my name she stopped paying rent and was evicted how can I get the unlawful detainer/ judgment off my record?

Wait 7 years! Sorry but you signed for the place therefore you were responsible.

Have you paid the landlord all of the past and back rent that was due, that is your obligation since you signed for her.

no I have not paid the back rent or anything will that help me get this off my record?

If you satisfy the judgment you can have it marked satisfied, maybe get it off entirely.
