There is no way for us to know the answer to this. You will need to wait until you miss a period and then about 2 weeks after that, you can take a pregnancy test.

If it is light spotting only it can be implantation, there is no way to tell the difference.
Before you miss the period, there should be no "pains" or other signs that show you are pregnant. All of those signs come latter in pregnancy.
