First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Where are you starting this business? What will it sell? What is your experience? All these things and more go into defining your business.

Funding? Do you mean a loan? No one is going to give you a grant. And even a loan needs collateral. Most landscapers start with a large, fast, all weather lawnmower with trailer, which will cost as much as a car.
