I have had these new symptoms as I always have had sore breast and hot times , but not cramping, very bothersome and sore , and very fatigued , I only have one ovary, since I had hysterectomy fifteen years ago how would I know if this is menopause , I know I have has perimenopause for years but is cramping a symptom too?
