You won't start having a bump for a while, so that might just be fear in you head..
You need to go to the doctor really, but to avoid making a scene with your parents, id go take a gas station pregnancy test. Don't get one for less than 5 dollars or over 10 or 12. They all work the same. If you are pregnant I sure hope you know the guy and he can support you through this. Your next step if you are pregnant is to tell the father. Might want to do a blood test to prove it. Also if you are pregnant congratulations on your new child, I hope you can manage it..

How many monthly periods have you missed ? Since if you have a bump, you will have missed two or three at least.

The first sign of pregnancy will be a missed period.
Two weeks after you miss the first period, you may take a urine test,
It needs to be taken first thing in the morning as soon as you get up
