So my girl friend and I had unprotected sex about two months ago, she took the Plan B pill and hit her period a few weeks later. She was suppose to have her period a few days ago and is showing early signs of being pregnant, could it be from the Plan B pill?

No, the Plan B pill cannot create a pregnancy, if that is what you are asking.

She would not have side effects from the pill this long after she took it - if that is your question.

Of course, if you've had sex - protected or unprotected - since her last period, yes, she could be pregnant.

It could be a side effect. It could also be that the plan B failed (it's not 100% accurate) and she's actually pregnant.
