My comes and goes as she pleases she leaves the baby with me and doesn't provide no kind of support for him. I buy him everything I've had sense he was born. She's taken him for a week here and there but has never really cared for him. She doesn't have a job parties all the time. Now she wants to just come and take him what can I do I know the baby is not safe with her. Could she just come in my home and take him

It's her baby, right? By that I mean that you haven't adopted the baby legally, have you? If not, it seems she pretty much has the right to take the baby when she wants.

You can hold on to the baby and file in Family Court for emergency guardianship and, eventually, custody. On the other hand if you withhold the baby and she calls the cops and proves the baby is her, they may force you to give the child to her.

So if you want to protect the child, go to court IMMEDIATELY!
