All of my outdoor and garage electrical outlets have no power. I have reset all of the buttons on the gfi outlets. I f one outlet is bad,will they get no power? And how can you tell which one is bad?

Sure sounds like a tripped or defective GFI outlet. Just to be sure, did you check to see if there is a GFI breaker in the panel. There certainly is at least a standard breaker in the panel. The breaker for this circuit should be turned off and then on just to be sure the CB is not tripped, as many times a breaker can be tripped but difficult to tell it is just by looking.
If all these outlets are on one GFI outlet that protects all the other outlets, the GFI outlet will be the first outlet in the circuit after the breaker. That is the defective GFI outlet.
Or there can be a loose terminal connection or splice at any one of the outlets.
If there are more than one circuit that feeds theses outlets, then there is a problem in the panel, or there are two circuits and there is a loose shared neutral for these outlets.
