    Hallo dr,Iam 34 years old and I am 7 weeks 1 day pregnant.this is my third pregnancy.today I went for my ultrasound and found I am having twins.but there is no heart beat for both the babies.IAM FEELING VERY BAD AND WORRIED.wHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
