Doing a quick Google on Boils has lead to understand your fears, but trying to calm them online won't help.

There are numerous bacterial infections that will cause boils. Some are cause by the black plague, antibiotic resistant bacteria, diabetes, obesity, and treatable bacteria. The crappy thing, there is no way we can say based upon your post.

The best thing to do is to see your doctor. He might perscribe you a different anti-biotic, go with it and do your best. It might take a little time to get them under control but it should be administered and supervised by a medical professional.
