We don't know all the details of your dry humping episode, it seems not even you know all the details. I can only say that you don't need to have penetration in order to get pregnant.

Stress can cause a delay in your period. Having an off period happens to every woman at least once in her life.

So really, it's up to you. If you feel that pregnancy may be a possibility, then take a pregnancy test using first morning urine.

So while it is very very slight, yes there is a chance.

You need to be 2 weeks late for your period, to test. Not testing for fear is silly and does nothing, if you are, then you need to know early, so get a test and test when you are two weeks late
