Hello I am almost 20 years old and cancer, especially Breast cancer, is prominent. A couple days ago a solid red rash appeared on my right nipple area . It is slightly painful. Now my nipple is also flattening and has noticeable ridges that appear wrinkle like. I looked up these symptoms and am slightly concerned. Any advice or ideas to what could be the issue? Thank you!

You know you have breast cancer, or do you worry that this rash is breast cancer?

I do not know if the rash is related to cancer, just that it could be a possibility. I have not made an appointment with a physician on the fact it could be a common allergic reaction. I ask this in hopes of advice from someone who may have further insight. Thank you
