I have a lump under the foreskin of my penis, it looks like it consists of smaller lumps and I can see a tiny white spot at the largest part of this lump much like a zit. It doesn't itch, and it only causes pain when it comes in a fair amount of physical pressure, like when I rub it, and it really hurts when I try to pop it because it looks like a zit. I am 16 years old, the lump is small, about a quarter to a half inch max, and the lump appeared a few days after a girl and I both lost our virginities to each other. Please help, I haven't seen a doctor or told anyone and it's been here for about a month now. Also it becomes more visible and noticeable when I am erect. Thanks

Did you not use a condom? Sounds like you have contacted some type of disease, maybe not too serious. I got a slight disease one time, when much younger, that caused small lumps around the base of the penis. It scared me to death! The doctor said it was, at that time, called a "pingpong" disease, and wasn't too bad. He cured it with some drops. PLEASE see a doctor. It might not "go away" by itself, and could get much worse.
