Lady named Martina Mawuenyegah found me on Facebook wants to come here how can I find out if she is legitimate?

99.99% of all things involving women and Ghana are scams.

Exactly like the Nigerians are with bank related stuff..

You will know she is scamming you for sure when she tells you she needs money to come see you. Then she will ask crazy amounts for visa, passport, plane tickets, fees, and other assorted things as long as you keep sending money.
