How do I fill out the n-600 form is my U.S parent is deceased?
I'm filling out Form N-600 to claim U.S citizenship through my deceased mother.

    Part 5 of form:
Do I list my father as my mother's current spouse even though she is deceased? (they were married when she died) Or would that make him her previous spouse?

Do I actually have to send the real documents or just copies?

My most important question is, am I pretty much guaranteed to 'pass' n-600 if:

    I'm 27 years old
I have never lived in the United States
I've never claimed citizenship (my understanding is I got it automatically at birth)

Since your mother is deceased, put N/A. Send copy of her marriage registration, your birth certificate. All documents must be notarized copies, DO NOT send originals.

    Good luck..
