My dearest helper,

My name is Sohail Ali,Iranian,who was born in dubai on 26,June,1987. I was deported in the year of 2006 due the unexpected fight . My passport was attached to sticker showing Arabic writing "modet al herman sanah" (means forbidden entrance for 1 year) . On 21st Saturday January 2013 ,my visit visa got issued , and went to the Dubai airport. Then when I went through the eye-scan lane where all the people were standing, my eyes were scanned and the data on the system appeared that I was on banned list for ever. Then suddenly, the eye-scan checker took me to an office for interrogation where there was a guy who told me that I was not allowed to live in Dubai due to forever banned list. I got very upset ,then I begged and said to them, "but my old passport shows that i am forbidden to live for 1 year , how come you are saying that i am not allowed ....my family and i were born here, my parents,my brothers,sisters,... they are all living here ....i used to study and graduated in high school in Dubai, my dad worked as CID agent for this country for 40 years who passed away 2 year ago and i am not moving anywhere no matter what you do...though if you deported me, yet i will come back here again and i will die here !!! this is my permanent homeland!!! " .
Then I was desperately sent to deportee section for deportation. I was too upset,sorrow and I cried there. Next day, I was deported to Iran.
Please is there anyone who can help me to remove this ban list of Eye-scan record in order to come back to Dubai because I am very very disappointed!?

This Absolutely Stupid... I no idea who seating in Government in UAE and deport people forrever,, How come you can't just for sec THINK person BORN IN UAE>>> My HOME your Country...

If IRANIAN BORN FROM UAE FATHER but mom was IRANIAN will Stand for you then maybe something can happen
If this THING like Brother for Brother MAYBE magick can happen

Just go from UAE who cares... what you will do and who cares what your Dearest Father was Serving UAE.. and your mom.. to... Absolutely situation..

This is normal, it's just the other side of the coin. It happened in US as well as in many other countries.

About MY friend Iranian... He was born in uae, all family here all life here. Ones was in Iran. So he get call and the want him live. And tell him 1 year you can't come.

Can he comeback like a turist? Can he apply for any another Visas maybe something exist like Born in UAE? If he Have Waif she Russian can he go on her Visa. If THey Have Kid?
If COmpany want him and can pay for him?

Since he was born in UAE and all family members live in UAE, he might be able to return based on humanitarian reasons. Get the best immigration lawyer in UAE.

Job offer won't do him any good...
