    Grout kitchen sink
Should I grout or caulk a kitchen sink surrounded by bull-nose tile?

Grout with a latex based mold fighting grout and maybe spray clear silicone spray on it when totally dry. Caulk the sink itself.

Sounds like joypulv misunderstood, or maybe I did. But as I understand you I think you're talking about the sink/bullnose joint. Since it needs attention, you should use caulk, not grout. Grout will crack if there's any movement which apparently there is. Actually you should always caulk where dissimilar materials meet.
