Hello I have been trying for 8 months now to get pregnant I turn 24 next month. I already have a 5yr old that took me 5 months to get pregnant with. So I don't think its my female parts because nun of my doctors have told me Im broken. I just need some tips so I do not have to go spend thousands of dollars I do not have at a doctors office for fertility or insemination. THANK YOU!!
