I dyed my hair black this summer and let it fade a little. I want to go back to my red hair that I had before. I went to Sally beauty supply and got color remover. I used the product and got a nice light red color out of it. Once I used the last step, my hair turned back to a very dark brown color! Can I get my money back since it didn't work?

Call Sally Beauty Supply and explain the situation. They will let you know if the dye is returnable for a refund.
