    Need Answer
    Im 21 I have a warrant they are felony and misdemeanor offences but I currently don't stay in the city I have a warrant in, I would say I have had the warrant for two years I have jobs with no problems, I lost my id and want to go to dps to get a new one will they arrest me?

    Probably... warrants NEVER expire... you are always at risk of being stopped. In fact more-so every day as systems become better integrated nationally.

    You can get stopped for a burned out tail light and get taken into custody 10 years from now.

    Most likely yes,

    If you live in the same state or a state very close, most likely they will hold and keep you. If you live several states away now, often they will hold you but release you if the other state does not want to pay for transport right then.

    If they don't arrest on spot, they will now have new address to just go get you at.'

    And you must work very low level jobs, that don't do background work, when you get better jobs they will normally do background searches
