You could be pregnet or you could simply be late. It happens and you will just have to wait and see at this point.

3 days is not very late, few women have periods that exact.

And why can not you not get pregnant?

You need to wait till you are 14 days late and then do pregnancy test with first urine of the morning

I was told that I was completely sterile after a serious round of chemotherapy after having cancer over 15 years ago. My vacation surprise is asleep on the couch next to me. He is 10.

Do one test and had a plus sign in one window and in control window had a minus sign do that mean pregnet
