I was due my period on Wednesday. Still nothing and I did a pregnancy test yesterday which was negative. This morning I had a little bit of orange coloured discharge but this has since gone. I am on the pill for the last 13 years.

Missing for a few days is not a big deal and right now is too soon to get real results from a test. You will need to wait and see if you get your period and if you miss it next time it's due, take a test about 2 weeks after that. That is your best chance for accurate results.

Yes way to early to do a pregnancy test, you have to be at least 10 days and normally 2 weeks late to even consider testing.

But missing an entire period happens sometimes, as does being late.
