I don't know how long you were being given depo but that and the combination of the pill will play havoc on your system.
It can take anything from 6 months to 2 years to conceive after receiving depo the period you had in jan would have been enduced by taking the pill your body will in what I would call hell for quite some time.
I was unfortunate enough to have the depo shot for 9 years and it really has knackered my body took 13 months to conceive my daughter and even now my periods are all over the shot.
If you really do think your pregnant get in contact with the dr again and have them take bloods.
    Good luck x

It can take a while for your body to get back to normal after taking depo. I was on it for about a year and a half, went to Nuva ring for three months, which gave me normal periods. I stopped taking that due to some of the side effects it gave me. I had a pretty normal cycle after that for about 5 months, then started taking the pill. I only took it for 4 days because my stomach can't handle the pill anymore. About a month later we decided to try for a baby. My cycles were still a bit off, I started on a 25 day cycle and gradually increased from there. I completely missed my period and ovulation in December, took meds to get it started back up and had two normal 28 day cycles after that. You definitely should go see your doctor. Not everyone is the same. I know of women who didn't start their cycle back up for two years. Others have bled for long periods. I've been off Depo for a year and 3+ months, and still have not fallen pregnant after 6 months of trying (I might be now, just waiting for the positive). Remember that it can take up to 18 months or longer to fall pregnant after being on Depo. In the mean time, go see your doctor.

Urine tests can be wrong, if your hormones are slow to build up. Also if you didn't use the first urine you paassed when you woke up, as the hormones are more concentrated in the first mornings urine. Ask the doctor to take a pregnancy blood test, it is much more accurate than a urine test.
