OK so I'm having pregnancy symptoms but I took a test last week and it was negative but my last period I only spotted please help me what's going on.

Any chance of more information as you haven't given us much to work with..
Bear in mind PMS can be mistaken for early pregnancy.

I been having back pains nipples are sore and darker I been sleeping a lot more eating werid food as well. My last back in December was 3 days late but when I finally got it it was just spotting nothing like my normal period.

Did you do the pregnancy test first thing in the morning with first urine of the day ?

If not try that.

But it can be just a missed period ( happens all the time)
Could be stress
Other illness
STD
Various infections.

Just dozens of possible reasons.

If you don't test post, and still miss the next period, time for a doctors appointment
