I haven't had a period in 4months I took a hpt this month and it was negative I been cramping, getting little pains in my breast and some back pains but I'm really stressing about this situation and suggestions/answers please?

Can be many medical issues, ( I will assume you are not the age for menopause to start )
But it can be many things, so please go see your doctor.
