I'm 28 had my tubes tied 7 yrs ago. I'm 4 days late on my period and my stomach hurts really bad and its hard. It doesn't feel like cramps...

That is impossible to diagnose online. It could be just a late period and/or gas, all the way to something serious. Conditions are too numerous to mention.
