    How to adopt my stepdaughter. My wife, her mother has custody.
    My wife and her 13 year old daughter live with me. My wife has sole custody of the 13 year old. The 13 year old wants me to adopt her so that she will feel secure and also use my name at school as does her mother. We live in Sydney Australia.
