I am awarded legal and physical custody of my child in the state of mass . Can I move back to Florida without my ex's permission ?

Sure you can move.. but you might have to leave the kids behind... I know New York will take custody away from you and give it to the other parent if you move out of state without their agreement.

Does the decree say anything about whether you can move?
