Last year I decided to change my lifestyle and become healthier. My first job was to change my diet and I have achieved this and continue to eat healthy. I also cut down my alcohol intake. I have cut down so much that I only drink now once or twice a month. Thing is is when I do drink its always to get drunk. I really want to cut drink out all together. I don't drink at home or in the week so the only times I do drink is when I am out with friends. I find it hard to go out and not drink and I really want some tips on how I can get round this.
