We are really having a issue, 2 yrs ago our daughter was use ing drugs and was told she needed to sign her rights to her son over to his father. She has been clean and sober for awhile 11/2yrs. Now a job, home, hubby and baby. 6 months ago she began noticing things with her son, kept track oomf everything went to cps they removed my grandson from his father invests gated and after passing 2 ua child was given back to dad, and now back to the same environment , daughter cal sand says what's going on but feels like she is getting the run around . What rights does she have

If her rights were terminated, none. But I suspect her rights were not terminated, but that she just signed over custody.

So, needs to go to court to modify the custody order. Since cps returned the child, it will be difficult to prove to a court that it should be modified. I would highly recommend an attorney to prepare the case.
