    Fever swelling pain on nose
    I have pain, redness, heat and hurt on my nose top. Also have fever and swelling on left jaw lympnode. I am 59 yrs from Durgapur, India. Took paracitamol. Advice.

    If you have an infection in a tooth down to your jaw, you need antibiotics, but antibiotics might not be enough unless the tooth is treated or removed, and yes, the infection can spread. I'm not saying it's related to your possible nose infection or not, because this is all just a guess.

    Paracetamol is just a pain reliever, it doesn't treat anything.

    I suspect if it is a facial cellulitis.

    All my teeth already extracted three years ago. I suspect if I am suffering from facial cellulitis or otherwise. Thanks

    Yes, and that too requires antibiotics.
