I am looking for a French Comedy film about a man who works in a condom factory and is worried about losing his job. His wife and son don't respect him, so he also has grief at home. One of his co-workers tells him that if he "comes out" as a gay man, that the company can't discriminate against him and can't fire him. He ultimately ends up in a gay parade on a float and his family sees him on TV. He also falls in love with a female co-worker and get seen being intimate with her in the factory by visiting Japanese tourists or business people.
