Faulty mouse driver or other hardware problem?
After my computer has been on for a little while, my mouse starts jumping about all over the place so it is impossible to land on what you want to click. I have two mice - one is inbuilt to the laptop (Toshiba) and the other is a wireless TeckNet mouse. They have worked together for months quite happily. Does anyone have any advice please as the problem seems to be getting worse? Many thanks. Veronica

First check that the wireless mouse batteries are fully charging to the voltage they need. That could include the charging base cord not plugged fully in, battery leakage etc. Perhaps someone you know could check the voltage with a volt/ohm meter. Make sure the receiver for the mouse is fully seated and clean the window on the bottom of the mouse. Using an optical mouse on funky surfaces can also cause shaky cursors.
