Ok so you know how usually it says do not include felonies that have been expunged if you fill out a job application and it tells you that you have to include any felonies in the past seven years but the felony expunged is it fraudulent to say no?

No, applications never say do not include those that have been expunged. It merely says include all felonies. You are just suppose to know not to include those that are expunged.
Some applications may say all felonies, including expunged.
I just fill out one and it said you don't have to include felonies that have been sealed or is more than 7 yrs. Then I filled out one that just says include felonies. I also had a interview and the company told me it will show up even if expunged.
It will show up if it is for a job that includes criminal justice, and any that require national security.
Thanks! It was the health care field working with people with cerebral palsy.
If they accept Medicare money and are certified, sure they are, most have rules that anyone with patient contact can not have a felony. ( along with other issues)
I still don't think their report will show expunged, but I could be wrong.
