Hi dr,
3 months ago I was diangnosed with pof at the age of 38,fsh 118 and no ovary functions at all. I tried to go for acupunture treatments and two weeks ago I had strong menstrual pain went to check it and was told that I have two follicles one 15 mm and one 14 mm, the pains continued and today I went again and the doctor found again a follicle of 15 mm,
1. what happened to my follicles from two weeks ago and is it possible I did not ovulate then?
2.. does it mean that I just have follicles but no ovulation?
3. is it possible to ovulate twice a month?
4. can I be pregnant now and have follicle same time?
