Ok , I just connected my laptop to the linksys with a strong signal access local and Internet. It doesn't matter what browser I use each one says web page failure or cannot connect? All my other wireless devices connect just fine so I know it's not the linksys. Can some one give me advice on a solution ?

You can try to add the DNS server entries manually on the laptop. How that's done is dependent on which OS you have.

I apologies my computer knowledge isn't that great. When you say add the DNS manually which I want to attempt what do you mean by OS?

Which operating system is on the laptop? Is it Windows 7 or 8? Mac?
