I have small bumps on the outside of my vaginal lips. There are also a few right below the lips. They are sometimes itchy. I have noticed them for about a week now. I have the HPV vaccine so I am not worried about that, but could it be herpes? I am scared please help!

Without knowing your sexual activity and seeing the bumps, I'd say go see a doctor. Countless bumps are nothing at all, but they aren't usually itchy.
