I have been married for 15 years and my husband has been incarcerated for almost 10 years. I don't have money to get a divorce is there any help for me. We have a 10 year old daughter. He will not contest the divorce. I have already contacted free legal service in my area. They won't help because it is not a domestic issue involved. Help I have wanted an end of this marriage for a long time.
