I am receiving ssd and my X is paying alimony into a special needs trust my disability lawyer set up. Now my X is stating I can not do this, that I can not get my alimony and disability.. is this true

Your alimony is taxable income and must be reprted to SSD. If you exceed the threshold for income then it will be reduced or taken away.
