    1968 Mustang Brake conversion
My Grandson has a 1968 Mustang coupe that has manual front drum brakes. We would like to convert it to power front disc brakes. I have found a setup on Craigslist that is listed as 1969/1970 Mustang that has loaded spindles, rotors, calipers, booster, and master cylinder. Will this setup fit my Grandsons 68 Mustang or is modification required?

It will fit but you need to chance the booster, cut the brake lines for the proportioning valve and also install all new pedals and linkage. In addition, most older drum wheels will not clear the disc so you may need new wheels. In that case. Go to 15". Personally I'd stay with the drums.
