    Porcelain Socket, underwriters knot?
I am working on a new lighting project and chose a porcelain socket just to be extra secure with the heat output, because I have noticed that even with a low watt cfl light most sockets tend to get pretty warm, and the lamp I have is going to be decoupaged so I just want as minimal heat as possible. However, I find that the porcelain socket has very little room for the knot? Should I worry about tension? I don't just want to cram a knot in there.
