I have pain on the top & side of my left foot. The pain is so bad sometimes it feels like I broke it, but I haven't hit anything or dropped anything on top of my foot. It's just the left. I am currently being treated for Fibromlaygia, but also being tested for rheumatory & Lupus. My husband hit my foot the other night in bed by accident and I was in tears the pain was so bad... Please help! Is this from the Fibro or something else??

Have you actually been diagnosed with fibromyalgia?
If its localized to the foot its probably due to something else

Gout maybe? Have your uric acid levels checked.

Not gout, big toe pain would be the telltale sign

Not always. I've known people who have had gout in their elbow.
