I am 17 and think I may have a case of hemroids. But I have told no one and am quite imbarrassed, what do I do?

Why, it is so common that they advertise over the counter medication on TV.

Have you tried any of the over the counter medication?

And why be worried about a medical ailment ?

I haven't really tried anything. And I live in a small town where, something as little as that gets out and it turns into something totally different.

Well, if you're embarrassed, try an over the counter medication like Preparation H. If you are too embarrassed to buy it in your town, go to another town nearby and just buy it. They sell it because a lot of people buy it, so don't worry about that.

That will probably relieve it and if not, go to the doctor or bring it up next time you're at a regular appointment.
