A 13 year old with yellowish/greenish vaginal discharge. Has bad oduor and not itching. Not yet started menses and never had sex. Had tonsillectomy 4 weeks ago and put on antibiotics and steroids. What's the way forward and treatment. Susan

Take the child to their doctor to determine what type of infection ( yes it is an infection) does not have to have anything to do with sex, women get infections for many reasons.
