I feel very bloated. I'm having severe stabbing pain under my ribs and above my belly button. I've taken prilosec and alkeseltzer today. I have no relief from any of the meds. What could be the problem?

You should probably be on the safe side and visit the ER or at the very least get in to see a doctor.

Yeah - could be a lot of things, some nothing major but others could be serious. The ER, urgent care or doctor are a good call - even if it's nothing serious, they can recommend what to do for relief.
