Okay for like 3months I've been getting these bumps they start of red and small and always round the bottom of my head and top of shaft... I thought they wjere like an allergic reaction 2 puttin 2 much bleach and my clothes and sweat mixin but they're back and this time they kind of clustered up so I popped them and now they've turned white and still alil swollen I'm spooked because they didn't itch till I popped them last night... now its like irritating what am I dealing with?

Pus is green. Not white. The white matter is sebaceous gland material. The worse thing you can do is try and 'pop' them. They are not the kind of bumps that you 'pop'; but still just the same, they are on the head of your penis and start red, not good. If you touch them, try to break them, you are just causing infection. I would see your doctor, we don't diagnose on the internet.
