You have 80 amps circuit breaker at 120 volts, how many watts can that handle

Ohms Law states that Watts (power) is the result of multiplying volts times amps, or P=EI= 9600 watts.
Where would you have an 80A 120V circuit?
Sounds like first or second year apprenticeship...
Within the first four words I knew it was a homework/test question.
PIA thing is these folks never come back to explain. It's like they litter the internet with questions and never go back to clean up.
