Been bloated for 3 weeks... If I'm not pregnant, because I am spotting, what could be the reason? I have never been bloated this long.

Nerves, indigestion, something you are eating, stress.

But have you missed a period, when was your last one, when is the next one due ?

Had a missed period... I was supposed to start on Jan 10 but I'm spotting today.

If no period by the 24th, do a pregnancy test, first thing in the morning, with the first urine as soon as you wake up.
