OK so this is slightly embarrassing but here goes:
I am seriously worried that there is something wrong with me or something about me that just scream "this one is good enough to be a friend and nothing more". I am a 17 year old senior in high school about to graduate in less than 4 months and I have never had a boyfriend or been on a first date or kissed a guy :( I mean what is it about me that makes every guy I meet friendzone me? I am a sweet smart sensitive and funny girl. I'm nice to everyone and I just don't understand what it is about me that makes every guy not want to date me. Can anyone PLEASE explain to me what the is happening because this is scaring the hell out of me!!

At age 17 you are worrying about this too much. Relax... things will change. Give it time.

You have the rest of your life ahead of you! But, I do understand that you are wondering if anything is wrong with you... NO, there isn't anything wrong. You simply have not yet met a boy who you both seem pleased with each other. It will happen, I assure you. Be honest, respectful, and keep meeting new people. It will eventually happen for you.

Sorry I am laughing but I know to you this seems serious.

At 17 you are not even the real grown up person you will be in 2 years or 4 years or 6 years. You will change as you go to college or go into the work force. You will find the rules on dating changes, you will find that what the "boys" in high school thought was great for a girl friend, the men in real life often have other ideas of what makes a good girl friend.

So if you are saying the same thing at 28, then we can discuss perhaps what you are doing or not doing.
