Ask Me Help Desk - Could I be pregnant?

My last period was 12/26, and I have had unprotected sex more than 4 times since. About 6 days after one instance, I had very light pink spotting when I wiped after using the bathroom, and it lasted about 2 hours. I have been having slight cramping, I feel bloated, and my nipples are larger than usual. Also, I have been having heartburn more than usual, and on a few occasions, it feels like I am going to vomit. One more thing, I am not sure if it is related or not, but I have been feeling a lot more horny lately.

It is too early to take a pregnancy test, but I feel like I might be pregnant. I was just hoping somebody could offer me some feedback on the situation. Could I be pregnant?

Also, I have been having to go to the bathroom A LOT more than usual. I forgot to add that in.

You need to wait and see if your period comes and if it doesn't, then wait about 2 weeks or so and then test.

I was not asking for someone to play fortune teller and tell me what a pregnancy test cannot tell me yet. I was simply wondering, with the symptoms I am having, whether the odds are for or against pregnancy.

I'm so glad you thought I was being rude. I really was trying to help you with the information that you gave and as far as I'm concerned, I did answer you... but now I will be rude since that is what you seem to expect anyway.

My crystal ball is in the shop this week for repairs so therefore I am unable to say for sure if you are pregnant or not. In fact, I want to know how you think anyone online that doesn't know you and hasn't performed any tests on you could possibly know if you are pregnant when you, yourself don't even know. How could we?

You asked if you could be pregnant and I answered that yes, you could be. How could I give you any more than that? You could be... you may not be. Maybe yes, maybe no. Possibly. Possibly not. As I already stated, there is no possible way for anyone on here to know if you are pregnant and you will just have to wait it out and see. As for your "symptoms"... Symptoms already? I don't think you would have symptoms already but then again... I'm online and I don't know you and I'm just rude because I can't give you a definite answer to something that nobody could answer. But realistically... these "symptoms" could all be in your head for all I know. I mean... I'm so rude and unhelpful that I just don't have a clue. But I did see that you have asked a similar question 2 times before and you had symptoms then so I am guessing that these symptoms probably are in your head or are related to some other problem you may have.

I will be honest, how would a stranger who does not know you, have any idea from the limited information you give us.

It really sounds like the flu from the signs you told us, or serious stress issues.

There is NO WAY, that you will know, or we will know till you do a proper pregnancy test.

You wait till you are 14 days late and then do a test with the first urine of the day when you wake up.

Rude? Odinn is rude because he can't tell you if you're pregnant over the internet? How so?

Okay, let's stick to the facts. In order to determine if you're pregnant we need your urine or your blood. I'm looking on my desk, and I don't see a sample of either there, so really, how can we tell you if you're pregnant? You have your urine and your blood, so it makes sense for you to do the testing.

You want a guess based on symptoms? Okay, yes, you could be pregnant based on the symptoms you're having. You could also have the flu, or a cold, or a tumor, etc. etc. etc.

If you had sex, pregnancy is possible. Symptoms are not a reliable means of diagnosing pregnancy. The only way to diagnose pregnancy is with a urine test, or a blood test, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy. None of those can be accessed via the internet.

So the only answer we can give you is "Yes, you could be pregnant. Wait until you miss your period and then test with first morning urine around 2 weeks after you miss it. If the test is negative, wait until your next period is due. If you also miss it, then test again or see your doctor for a blood test".

That's the only advice we can give you, and the fact that you called that advice rude, is rude and uneducated! :(

So do you or do you not want to get pregnant? I note you had purple nipples in September (4 months ago- https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/pregna...es-701912.html) and wondered if that was a sign of pregnancy. Now it's more unprotected sex and another question about pregnancy.

I would suggest a good book about the female body works - and read it carefully.

And as far as rude is concerned - how would you ask your question? If you don't know if you're pregnant (again), how would we?
